Nutrition Systems: What is your go-to fast food?
To be effective, a nutrition system needs to be big on health and big on saving time. What system do you have in place to keep things healthy when you are time poor, decision fatigued or health challenged?
I will be in Hawthorne on May 9th if you would like to meet up. We will be talking about the nutritional system that I love so much.
As a person with chronic migraines, the consistent nutrition and ease of access make this system workable for me. This meet up is an opportunity to think about your own nutrition and whether you have a system that is meeting your needs. An insight into the system that I use can be found at this link and an opportunity to chat on the night.
Come along for the first 30 minutes to hear more about the system, and stay if you can for a chat and a drink. No obligation to stay for drinks if your time is short.
