Social interaction and social creativity are important for our health. Making sure that we have some adventure, whether it is a small part of each day, or planning a big adventure at the end of the year is vital to maintaining our cognitive and social well-being.
I love food. I'm pretty flexible on what kind of food (I'm not a fan of olives), but I will eat sweet or savoury. I've recently acquired a taste for halloumi, asparagus and broccolini (but not all together).
